curb painting request

Curbs at this intersection are in need of repair and painting

Up and down much of Grant Street there is loose gravel and potholes. I had a complaint yesterday by an elderly couple that they had twisted their ankles going to their car. Is the construction finished on Grant Street? If so I'm wondering if the potholes could be fixed and loose gravel cleaned up. Thanks!

The sidewalk is uneven so the curb is high. Makes it difficult for the cars going in and out especially cars that sit low.

This 4"+ drop off from Belmont Ave and Short street is getting worse be the year. This section of Short St is perhaps the only UN-paved city street in Wilmington. It may not look like a street but it is. Seems the only time the city takes note of it is when the city plows snow up to our building's entrance. It should be paved, gravel will only wash out again.

There are several man hole cover and drain grates that are not flush with the new pavement on Clark street. Either the street was not milled deep enough for the new asphalt or the drain needs to be raised to the new pavement level. Who from the city would say that this is ok after this street was newly paved and accept this???? The contractor or city needs to fix this.

This is a newly paved street and again, the man hole cover is not flush with your new asphalt. A look on Google street shows that it was flush before the new asphalt. I have to ask, why does this seem to be an issue with newly paved streets in wilmington? Again, the street must not be milled deep enough. Who from the city, says that this is ok work from the contractor. This man hole cover needs to be flush with your new asphalt.

This grate really needs leveled out. If you hit it in a car going from North to South, it is really bad. Is there anything we can do?
