Neighbor on Hickman noted a significant and active hornet nest on the lower branch of tree on sidewalk at 1555 St Clair. Between us we have warned dog walkers about it. Hoping the City can remove it and destroy it. Thank you

I live across from a body shop. Various haulers deliver wrecked cars and often pull their heavy trucks up onto my sidewalk and grass, sometimes onto my lawn (my property). These trucks often destroy the grass which requires repair (i.e. money) and have cracked the sidewalk in multiple places. The body shop has no control over these deliveries, as they often occur in the evening. Is it true that these drivers are permitted to pull up onto the grass and sidewalks and that I have no recourse to prevent this? Thank you

They are rehabbing this house and put concrete patches along the whole front sidewalk and the concrete didn’t set

I submitted this fence over two years ago and it is still falling down everywhere.

Property is unkept; garage next to alley in back has exposed openings and rotten boards throughout. Bushes are overgrown; garbage and debris throughout. Landlord needs to address these issues.

Two large tree limbs fell over the weekend from a large dead tree in the back yard extending into my yard and the yard behind this property. This has become a hazard for the surrounding homes. A limb also fell three years ago that is still laying in that back yard. I've talked to the renters who say they've reported issues to the owner with no action being taken.

Landlord is not taking care of this house. Peeling paint, dead fallen trees in the backyard, and covered in mildew from never being pressure washed.
