Bad tall and dried weeds. This property has been between owners...

Homeless people wondering around the house and last night lights were seen in the home. Caller called last night and reported the concern to 911. Caller states that the owner resides out of town. House is currently being held in a trust. Caller was advised to make a non-emergency police report under suspicious activity. Caller was encouraged to contact 911 immediately if the situation escalated to criminal/dangerous activities. Caller was provided with the information regarding submitting a no-trespass form with the Tucson Police Department.

The residents at this house and the neighboring one always have one or two cars parked on the public walking path, completely blocking it and forcing pedestrians into the street.

This property is owned by Tucson Water. A resident reports that there are a couple of small, dead trees on the property perimeter that should be removed. Please submit to Tucson Water for referral to Brightview Landscaping.

This building has been abandoned and vacant all of my 34 years of living in Menlo Park and nothing has been done to it. No one cleans it, no one has sold it, and there's no plans of even demolishing it for all we know. It's a visual nuisance for the neighborhood and it could be a good space for a business or home. Empty buildings attract people who want to cause further harm or graffiti.

Turning east from Wingate onto Irvington is dangerous! Because of the weeds/overgrowth on the north side of Irvington between Brandywine and Wingate, eastbound traffic is VERY hard to see -- have had a couple of close calls!

Not only is this an abandoned lot but it is a complete junk yard there is so much trash and junk in the back it's a hazard when wind picks up cause light metal will fly. Also lots of homeless people try and go in the yard as well it very dangerous for all the neighborhood
