City of Tucson PLUS

This property has been empty for some time after the residents died. There is a junk camper, camper shell, roofing tiles, and many other items of debris in the lot. I have seen pack rats running on the property and I am concerned it will harbor rattlesnakes and other nuisance pests.

A piece of City property at Palo Verde Ave. and Monthan Stavenue has become completely infested with weeds. The Julia Keen Neighborhood Association has been attempting to get the City to rectify the issue, but historical maintenance of the property remains uncertain.

Can the City please remove the weeds?

It is not abandoned but there yard is absolutely disgusting dirty and is a complete eyesore for the neighborhood

Nuisance property. Homeless/junkies come in and out of property at all hours of the day, As well as heavy vehicle traffic. Suspect residents son is dealing drugs from property. Have found drug paraphernalia littered on street. Homeless coming and going from home stealing and trespassing from neighboring homes.

Not only is this an abandoned lot but it is a complete junk yard there is so much trash and junk in the back it's a hazard when wind picks up cause light metal will fly. Also lots of homeless people try and go in the yard as well it very dangerous for all the neighborhood

Neighbor has parked huge motor home on the street for at least 10 months Claims to be working in n it but no activity other than living in it It impedes traffic , emergency vehicles and city trash/ recycling trucks every week Very dangerous to city personnel who try to maneuver every week around it Too close to intersection and unsafe , ,

Caller stated that this is an abandoned property, and unhoused/trespassers are in and out of it, they'll have tents for a few days straight and then leave. She believes this property is attracting the unhoused/trespassers have been using her porch, she is finding needles on her porch and has stated people have used her washing machine that is on her back porch.

they left during the pandemic. there have not been utilities connected for almost 2 years. the owner is a merchant marine

House with lots of trash and drug activity, people urinating and defecting outside.

Two abandoned houses on lot. Multiple sheets of metal. This property is not well taken care of, there are lots of weeds and junked vehicles. This is residential property too, not commercial.
