Caller advised the property west of her address at 3131 N Fontana has become a gathering place for homeless. Caller advised it is a vacant lot and she does not know the property owner but some homeless have set up tents on the property. The address shows to be 3142 N Estrella on the CAD map.

Caller stated that this is an abandoned property, and unhoused/trespassers are in and out of it, they'll have tents for a few days straight and then leave. She believes this property is attracting the unhoused/trespassers have been using her porch, she is finding needles on her porch and has stated people have used her washing machine that is on her back porch.

This property has been empty for some time after the residents died. There is a junk camper, camper shell, roofing tiles, and many other items of debris in the lot. I have seen pack rats running on the property and I am concerned it will harbor rattlesnakes and other nuisance pests.

weeds.... too many and not ever cut down or removed... and cacti overflow...

Not only is this an abandoned lot but it is a complete junk yard there is so much trash and junk in the back it's a hazard when wind picks up cause light metal will fly. Also lots of homeless people try and go in the yard as well it very dangerous for all the neighborhood

Broken tree branches and have one incident of someone parking there and sleeping in their car for several days. Overgrown weeds that are dry.

It is not abandoned but there yard is absolutely disgusting dirty and is a complete eyesore for the neighborhood

Neighbor has parked huge motor home on the street for at least 10 months Claims to be working in n it but no activity other than living in it It impedes traffic , emergency vehicles and city trash/ recycling trucks every week Very dangerous to city personnel who try to maneuver every week around it Too close to intersection and unsafe , ,

I've been reporting these potholes since DECEMBER 2023!! YOU keep closing my request!! Do you not see!? There are giant potholes blocking the road! How many times do I have to report it!? I report it multiple times a week! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Where is my tax money going!? Why is it okay for you to keep unlawfully silence reports!? What do I have to do to get these potholes filled!?!?
