Homeless people wondering around the house and last night lights were seen in the home. Caller called last night and reported the concern to 911. Caller states that the owner resides out of town. House is currently being held in a trust. Caller was advised to make a non-emergency police report under suspicious activity. Caller was encouraged to contact 911 immediately if the situation escalated to criminal/dangerous activities. Caller was provided with the information regarding submitting a no-trespass form with the Tucson Police Department.

Turning east from Wingate onto Irvington is dangerous! Because of the weeds/overgrowth on the north side of Irvington between Brandywine and Wingate, eastbound traffic is VERY hard to see -- have had a couple of close calls!

Homeless continue to camp at this house. There are clothes, trash, and other things scattered in the front yard and on the sidewalk. It is a health issue for the neighbors and a nuisance. Please help us with this important situation. Thank you.

The old Eegees property is a mess. There are people camping in the landscaping There is lots of garbage in the parking lot, and dog poop (I hope) all along the sidewalk, from Grant to the end of the driveway on Elaine. Tucsonans paying property taxes deserve better than having this blighted property for a neighbor The building should be razed, no one is going to want it. ...

It is not abandoned but there yard is absolutely disgusting dirty and is a complete eyesore for the neighborhood

Neighbor has parked huge motor home on the street for at least 10 months Claims to be working in n it but no activity other than living in it It impedes traffic , emergency vehicles and city trash/ recycling trucks every week Very dangerous to city personnel who try to maneuver every week around it Too close to intersection and unsafe , ,

Caller stated that this is an abandoned property, and unhoused/trespassers are in and out of it, they'll have tents for a few days straight and then leave. She believes this property is attracting the unhoused/trespassers have been using her porch, she is finding needles on her porch and has stated people have used her washing machine that is on her back porch.

This property has been empty for some time after the residents died. There is a junk camper, camper shell, roofing tiles, and many other items of debris in the lot. I have seen pack rats running on the property and I am concerned it will harbor rattlesnakes and other nuisance pests.

Pool in backyard at 2661 W. Windstar Place that is green and is a health hazard.

There's a big pothole in the middle of Springbrook in Midvale .
There's also several potholes on Drexel by the bridge also in Midvale area before the fire station.
