    The right of way in front of this property on the north side of Battle Point Drive is often used to park a car. This location is on a curve and the residents of the property using this as a parking space may not realize that this creates a dangerous situation when two cars traveling east and west on Battle Point Drive meet at this location. I have had to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision several times and believe it is only a matter of time before there is an accident in this location due to the car that is regularly parked there.

Management company (Windermere Property Management - West Sound in Silverdale) refuses to address the situation. Tenant @ 366 Root Path NW has attempted to remedy with owner and management co and they suggest only to "open a window".

    The bank was cleared of trees -- apparently without permit or notification to neighbors. The property owners were informed on several occasions that shoreline regulations existed that required permitting and that limited the amount of pruning. The attached photos show stumps where large trees were cut to the ground.

    Both walls were built by current owner without permits. Both walls were built as retaining walls for the drain field (the septic system was built in the the 70's and is in the front of the house on the water side). Wall in front is leaning and in jeopardy of collapsing, which would compromise the drain field and create problems for neighbors. Current owners are putting house up for sale so new buyers should know about this issue.
