This is the retention area at Colorado and Manor, part of the problem is the new internet cable provider left everything a mess, there are open holes, deep tire tracks, etc. Then the home on the Northwest corner had their wall knocked down several weeks ago and after the repair just left extra blocks piled up. Also there is lots of brush that the contract landscaper never pick up. This area has been neglected for several years, it would be a nice area if the city would put a little effect and funds towards it, it would make a great walking trail area as the retention ditch extends up yo Cottonwood. This house has two inoperable ambulances in the driveway. According to City Code 17.56.010C Parking of Inoperable or Unlicensed Vehicles in Residential Areas, only licensed and operable vehicles may be parked in the driveway but the vehicle can be relocated and worked on in a screened area of the rear or side yard or within your garage.

THERES SO MUCH TRASH OUTSIDE ON THIS PROPERTY WEEDS THAT ARE DO DRY CAUSING A REAL BAD FIRE HAZARD, THERES NO POWER POLE FOR ELECTRIC NO RUNNING WATER FOR PROPERTY NO GAS THIS HOUSE WAS REDEEMED NONE LIVABLE DUE TO A FIRE YEARS AGO SO HORDARS GOT AHOLD PROPERTY DAMAGED MORE THERES SO MUCH JUNK OUTSIDE PILED HIGH JUNK THAT CAUSE FOR CONCERN AND INSIDE VACANT HOME NOW JUNK INSIDE PILED SO HIGH TO CEILINGS U CANT EVEN WALK INSIDE HOME AGAIN OWNER ABANDONED PROPERTY REFUSES TO CLEAN IT UP NEGLECTS IT AND BOTTLES OF BEER CANS ARE THROWN ALL OVER THE PLACE IN BACK WITH POOP PILES IN BACK IN BAGS NASTY INSIDE THIS ABANDONED HOME THERES R USED NEEDLES THAT JUST SIT THERE ON CHAIRS IN THE BACK RIGHT FIRST ROOM THATS NASTY WAT IF A KID FINDS HIS OR HERS WAY IN THERE OPEN CONDOM WRAPPERS EVERYWHERE NASTY HEALTH VIOLATIONS AGAIN THIS HOUSE IS HIDDEN BEHIND WALLS AND FENCE NO ENTRANCE. THEN IN BACK THERES A TRAILER THAT HAS SO MUCH TRASH ROUND IT ITS NASTY LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE STAYS IN THERE WITH NO WATER ELECTRIC GAS NOTHING TRAILER IS SPRAYED PAINTED ON OUTSIDE MORE JUNK PILE HIGH ROUND TRAILER THEN BEHIND THAT IS ANOTHER CAMPER THAT ONCE DRIVABLE NOW SITS FLATS INSIDE HAS RAT POOP EVERYWHERE COBWEBS CANT EVEN TRY TO OPEN A DOOR.IF IT WASNT FOR THE FENCE THAT WATER COMPANY BUILT AND THE WALL FROM CHURCH THIS ABANDONED HOUSE LAND BE CRUSHED TO THE GROUND DUE TO ALL CODE ENFORCEMENT BEING BROKEN AND HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS PUTTING A SAFETY HAZAARD AND NO COP WILL GO ONTO PROPERTY CAUSE ITS PRIVATE LAND BUT IF A KID FINDS THERE WAY INSIDE THERE WITH NASTY NEEDLES AND SOMETHING HAPPENS BE COPS FAULT FOR NOT DOING NOTHING BOUT IT WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN CALLED BEFORE ON SOMEONE TRESPASSING ONTO THIS PROPERTY AGAIN ITS 804 N THORTON NOT 812 ITS 804 AND U CANNOT C PROPERTY FROM ANY RD

Building on someone elses complaint regarding all the druggies speeding and racing down residential streets, around 100 mph with their exhaust pipes and mufflers removed, while our police officers are too lazy to write tickets...

Well, we do have specific Casa Grande City Ordinances in place, which prohibit the owners of these vehicles from tampering with their exhaust systems and it's also against the law to drive 90mph in 25mph zones.

Expect plenty of clickfix complaints until all of these issues are fully resolved.

This light pole has an unauthorized camera tied to it, which doesn't belong to the city and is illegal attached.

Please remove the item from the pole as it is unsightly.
