Big Jakes entered our subdivision again today at 5:36 pm, once again operating illegally.
Big Jakes has been forging and falsifying commissary agreements, commissary log entries and permit applications for more than four years in a row now.
Did you know that any permit procured by fraudulent means is void from the moment that it's created.
And it can never be made whole.
Never, under any circumstances can a forged permit be revived.

Byron, were you aware that it's extremely unsafe and dangerous and potentially deadly, to allow unpermitted food trucks to operate in our city?

Beehive in the alley is affecting neighbors, backyard and surrounding area unable to contact owner of the house to see if they can take care of it by removing the beehive or extermination. They attach picture. Looks like the beehive is inside the brick wall. We are unable to use our backyard or swimming pool as every time we go outside and make noise the bees begin to swarm. I have two children who are deathly allergic to bees, and I cannot contact the owner of the house to take care of this matter that is on their property.

Trees and bushes need to be removed m, blocks road at the curve. Cannot see oncoming traffic.

Please remove trash from walkway. Live shotgun shells and full liquor bottles are mixed in with a memorial. Gang graffiti covers the walkway.
School kids use the walkway daily. Kids don't need to be exposed to this trash.

Was able to order a fresh made green matcha at Cafe Blooms today. Item was made right in front of me, why is this a problem you ask ? It is a problem because this facility is a florist NOT a permitted food and drink establishment.
