Big Jakes entered our subdivision again today at 5:36 pm, once again operating illegally.
Big Jakes has been forging and falsifying commissary agreements, commissary log entries and permit applications for more than four years in a row now.
Did you know that any permit procured by fraudulent means is void from the moment that it's created.
And it can never be made whole.
Never, under any circumstances can a forged permit be revived.

Byron, were you aware that it's extremely unsafe and dangerous and potentially deadly, to allow unpermitted food trucks to operate in our city?

"Destroys, mutilates, conceals, removes or otherwise impairs the availability of any public record" means that someone intentionally damaged, hid, took away, or otherwise made a public record inaccessible, essentially preventing others from accessing or using it properly; this is considered a serious offense often referred to as "tampering with public records" in legal terms.

There has been an operating restaurant at the airport for at least a month, but your website has not been updated to mention it. It will have a much better chance of staying open if you will acknowledge it's existence.

Abandoned boat

the irrigation or water maun floods the street twice a day from a resident property near this address. this has created a pothole to form on diego and st pedro. the leak has been two to three weeks now

We are not asking you to remove the visitor parking only signs. We don't want it to become the ghetto, no one is enforcing the No Park in front of your house because gravel is there.
Give us back our HOA and we will take care of it.
If you remove the visitor parking signs there will be no room for Emergency Vehicles to get through. Too many people are parking in the front yard and on the streets...
