City of Casa Grande PLUS

I think the 55 mph Speed limit sign should be moved from south of the 387/Ghost Ranch Rd intersection to at least a quarter mile north of the traffic light. The speed should stay at 45 between Val Vista and Ghost Ranch.
I don’t feel that there’s enough time/distance to safely brake when the light changes, especially considering many drivers are in excess of 55 mph in that area.

This sign has been up in our neighbor’s yard for months now and MetroNet completed their work on our street over 6 months ago. These signs are up all over town with no active work being done. Please take them down!

legacy school traffic is horrible. traffic is backing up throughout the neighborhoods and several accidents. this needs to be resolved before someone or student gets hit.

Kortsen road sewer project. Listen, I understand any construction project will create dust, totally understandable, and a certain amount of disruption is necessary for any growth. The night, every item I have out side is layered in dirt, and I can’t even bbq outside with my family. The dust is coming from the vehicles driving in the dirt due to construction. Every house around me is having the exact same issue. I’m not trying to be a jerk or a difficult resident, but you desperately need to put more water trucks out here, because this is crazy. I have pics to show you the layers and layers of dust on my car, house, yard, windows, etc. if you don’t believe me, please come over for a nice bbq, I’ll cook up some NY strips, but I hope you don’t mind eating dirt, because anything coming off my grill is covered in it. My hope is that you fix this, so I don’t have to escalate. Please call me with any questions, or details needed. I appreciate everything we are doing for the city, but we gotta do it right. Pinal Ave (SR387) is a very busy roadway. The intersection of Pinal Ave and Ocean View Dr is very busy and dangerous. There have been a number of accidents at this intersection. I am requesting that a Traffic Signal Warrant Study be performed soon, so that the City of Casa Grande can have the evidence needed to support a new Traffic Signal at that intersection. I appreciate your consideration in this matter.

Please do a speed trap on e Florence going towards Coolidge right after the mission parkway street. There are so many Speeding and very loud cars taking off from the mission parkway light. This area needs monitored. Over the last year the noise left has escalated to an unreasonable level along with excessive speeding.

To provide context, the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) requires that speed limits be established and enforced through posted R2-1 Speed Limit signs. These signs are the legally recognized and enforceable devices. Road surface markings, such as painted speed numerals, may sometimes be used for supplemental information but they do not carry regulatory authority under MUTCD. This roadway currently meets the statutory requirements for speed limit signage, and any violations are subject to enforcement. In line with MUTCD standards and City policy, additional pavement markings will not be installed at this location.

The construction crew working on the apartments next to circle k have flood lights on at all hours (before 5am and after 10pm) they shine directly into my home and surrounding residences and are very disruptive.

would it be possible to put a right turn only into Caliche apartments going south bound on peart so the fire trucks don't have to push cars into traffic to do a u turn to get to a sick person this is so unsafe and adds more time to an emergency thank you.

my previous concern was closed but it is not closed. The answer given was the MPH on the street was painted when the development was built but it was not. The painted informational MPH was painted last year on Mission Parkway. I am requesting this MPH notice to be painted on Hancock Traill street based on 80 driveways off this street and a heavily used by service trucks in addition to the many residents. I am asking for the safety of the residents living on this street. Thank you

The company putting in the new communication cable has not worked on Early Road for about 6 weeks. The cable is just lying there and the cones are all smashed up. It looks horrible! It almost looks like they abandoned the project!
