City of Casa Grande PIU

Reported back in September…at the Florence /Pottebaum intersection, there is no visible street sign marking Pottebaum for eastbound Florence travelers AND there is no visible street sign marking Florence for northbound Pottebaum travelers.

Traffic light needs evaluation. :)

Traffic light timing is only giving drivers from Thornton only 15-20 seconds while drivers turning left from peter’s road are getting double the amount of time.

Traffic gets really backed up here around 5 pm for cars on Jimmie turning south onto Trekell. The turn lane gets backed up all the way to Earley Rd.

Also turning east from Trekell to Jimmie is near impossible with all the traffic going north on Trekell.

There is significant congestion for northbound traffic on Thornton Road approaching the Peters Road traffic light. A practical solution would be to extend the green light by approximately 10 seconds, as east-west traffic is currently non-existent due to Lucid construction.
