City of Casa Grande PIU

Airebeam is using the cities utility authority to dig on private property without homeowners permission to install their cables, etc. They have broken drip lines on property with their equipment and claim they are not responsible. The company that is doing all the paint marking on streets and private property and the digging on private property is USI Locate Inc. Why are they allowed to do this one private property without owners permission?

The apartments across McMurray have a light on the top of their building that shines directly into the back of our house. The attached photo is from our master bedroom. If they could point it down more so that it doesn't point at our house it should solve the problem.

Alley behind 1244 E Delano Dr has an overgrowth of Mesquite tree branches obstructing alley. The tree itself is in the back yard, but as you can see by the denuded branches, vehicles such as pickup trucks and especially the Casa Grande Garbage truck runs into these branches. It appears to be a rental with the website showing “Norris Management” with the contact info:

Cars, trucks and motorcycles driving well above posted speed limit on McCartney. All times of day but especially at night and overnight. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Homeless camp growing in the bushes along eastbound I-10 close to Cracker Barrel.

At approximately 0600 on 7/9 (in front of 1560 E. Eagle Ct), a hispanic male was spotted removing a black plastic garbage bag from a late model, red car, AZ license plate #CSE 9626, and the proceded to leave in a black/dark blue pickup truck with a dog in the front seat. The car has been sitting unoccupied since the posting of this report on the same day (approx. 1737).

The LED sign at the new fire station is too bright at night and is a traffic safety concern. This is already a dangerous intersection, we now have the city adding an another hazard. This is a significant liability for the Fire department and the city.

Large swarm in an electric box, it’s been there several days.

There are nine trees growing in the alley behind this home. They grow fast, have a root system from hell and need constant grooming. These need to be removed by either the current homeowner or by the city of Casa Grande.
