This vehicle keeps parking in a handicap parking even when I told the school 3 times this car keeps parking. Car belongs to one of the staff and there have been couple times me a handicap person couldn’t park because it was being taken up by this car.

If you guys would like to help public safety, and write as many tickets as you could ever want to send a car (or set up one of those creepy flock cameras) to this intersection in the mornings. There is a dead end to the east. Cars exit the neighborhood and turn right. Most barely touch the brakes (never stop), look left to make sure there are no cars and keep going. I run here often. I've had 5 close calls. I've come into contact physically with cars 3 times, including today. There are kids and families that walk here, but for whatever reason the local culture is people roll that stop at 15 to 20mph.

The maroon car speeds down to 812 E Melrose at about 40-50 miles per hour. We have kids in the neighborhood.

Parking against traffic on a congested 90 degree turn. (Melrose/Gilbert) The parking is blocking the flow of traffic in a blind spot.
Motorist are also traveling at 40 miles not the posted 25 miles.

Street racing and excessive speeding at all hours of the day into early morning!. Starts from Trekkel to end of high school towards Peart road. Never any Police presence.

Every morning and afternoon in front of Cholla elementary school, people speed through the 15 mph signs while kids are walking to and from school. I take my daughter to school every day and pick her up. I haven’t seen one officer sitting there. It is needed. There are a lot of children that walk to school now that the apartment complex is right there.

Speeding and extreme reckless driving. This has been an ongoing dangerous problem that has been getting worse and was exceptionally bad last night, Dec 31 2025.

If there is anything I can do to help in the apprehension of the individuals and/or accomplices responsible for this abhorrent behavior, please let me know. There are several homeowners in neighboring developments that are affected, and I speak out on their behalf.
