Big Jakes has been forging and falsifying commissary agreements, commissary log entries and permit applications for more than four years in a row now.
Did you know that any permit procured by fraudulent means is void from the moment that it's created.
And it can never be made whole.
Never, under any circumstances can a forged permit be revived.

It is not on a road , it is behind the wall of resident’s homes, and it is not just the trash that is a concern; it is the dead brush, bushes, desert Mesquite trees combined with a large amount of rubbish: fuel for fires. To be CLEAR, this is NOT an HOA issue, as the HOA has already reported that to me. However it is the responsibility of the developer (Communities Southwest )who owns the land that is right outside of the back yard walls of these residents. I have contacted Kevin Louis, and he asked that I report this to SEE CLICK FIX.

There's an abandoned trailer on Montgomery Rd. between S.R. 84 & Maricopa - CG Hwy.

There is a camp being set up again next to the fire station behind the dumpster. Two weeks ago they were removed and now are back.

There are about 15 illegal immigrants living on this lot with 4 trailers that are not permitted and creates a fire hazard.

Dumped trash. There are addresses on rh boxes. Maybe a junk hauler unloading all instead of going to landfill
