"Destroys, mutilates, conceals, removes or otherwise impairs the availability of any public record" means that someone intentionally damaged, hid, took away, or otherwise made a public record inaccessible, essentially preventing others from accessing or using it properly; this is considered a serious offense often referred to as "tampering with public records" in legal terms.

Big Jakes has been forging and falsifying commissary agreements, commissary log entries and permit applications for more than four years in a row now.

Alley behind 1244 E Delano Dr has an overgrowth of Mesquite tree branches obstructing alley. The tree itself is in the back yard, but as you can see by the denuded branches, vehicles such as pickup trucks and especially the Casa Grande Garbage truck runs into these branches. It appears to be a rental with the website showing “Norris Management” with the contact info:

Falling dead fronds on my property, 1251 E Manor Dr. Casa Grande AZ, from neglected palm trees on adjacent property located at 1217 E Clear View Dr. are damaging my roof and posing an imminent fire risk.

Evergreen Historical District home with huge overgrown weeds, panels falling, junk everywhere on yard. Previously reported and nothing has been done- just the opposite in fact as more junk has been added to yard. Disgrace to the neighborhood and our community. Hello, I am Chuck Wright and I am the president of the Tierra Palmas Patio Home HOA, at 976 Paseo Del Oro
Our HOA rules forbid automotive repair services in this residential district. The tenant and homeowner have been previously warned in November, 2025, and the tenant, John Pesta continues to defy the directive. As the Tierra Palmas Patio Home HOA president, I wish to make a formal City complaint and need legal assistance.

Weeds are getting over 2 feet tall and when the wind blows the seeds spread all around the neighborhood

I am reporting a violation regarding significant overgrown weeds and unmanaged vegetation at this corner property. While the mailbox is situated on N Gilbert Ave (bearing the number 915), the lot is situated at the intersection of McMurray and Gilbert. The vegetation is overgrown and creates a state of blight that detracts from the surrounding neighborhood standards.

Citations:

CG City Code § 8.08.030 (Weeds, Brush and Rubbish): It is the duty of the owner/occupant to keep the property and the adjacent right-of-way (including sidewalks and half of the alley) free of weeds and rank vegetation.

IPMC § 302.4 (Weeds): Premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of the established height limit. This property currently exceeds those limits and poses a potential fire and pest hazard.

Please investigate this location and issue a notice to the owner of record to bring the landscaping into compliance.
