"Destroys, mutilates, conceals, removes or otherwise impairs the availability of any public record" means that someone intentionally damaged, hid, took away, or otherwise made a public record inaccessible, essentially preventing others from accessing or using it properly; this is considered a serious offense often referred to as "tampering with public records" in legal terms.

Big Jakes entered our subdivision again today at 5:36 pm, once again operating illegally.
Big Jakes has been forging and falsifying commissary agreements, commissary log entries and permit applications for more than four years in a row now.
Did you know that any permit procured by fraudulent means is void from the moment that it's created.
And it can never be made whole.
Never, under any circumstances can a forged permit be revived.

Lots of trash and shopping carts.

We have an infestation of rats. I believe Abbott Industries is responsible, they are doing construction and digging. We never had a problem until last week. We caught 6 in one day. Please help.

Please remove trash from walkway. Live shotgun shells and full liquor bottles are mixed in with a memorial. Gang graffiti covers the walkway.
School kids use the walkway daily. Kids don't need to be exposed to this trash.

Was able to order a fresh made green matcha at Cafe Blooms today. Item was made right in front of me, why is this a problem you ask ? It is a problem because this facility is a florist NOT a permitted food and drink establishment.

Somebody abandoned this travel trailer overnight. It was previously in the backyard at 5833 N. snapdragon in colonial.

Cafe blooms did not close when told to. They are still serving without any permits. They are also not ADA compliant.
How can a food establishment continue to stay open with zero permits from the city ?
