City of Casa Grande PLUS

Last year this sign was painted on the street entrance and exit to Mission royale Over 55 community. I am requesting this signage be painted on Hancock Trail which is the first major street. this street goes east and west. The east does not have driveways accessing Hancock. The west direction has 80 driveways which landscaping trucks, delivery trucks and other vehicles including cars and trucks to arrive at other locations since this is a major street to these other streets. I have requested this numerous time to request this to be painted. I have not heard from my other requests s please confirm this message was received. thanks Donna Ocken 602-538-5179

The stop lights that are on Florence Blvd near the Promenade (all 3 of them heading east) need to have the timing adjusted.

The cross street direction has just as long if not more time to allow traffic to proceed, which is leading to tons of traffic on Florence which backs up all the way onto the bridge across I-10.

Increase significantly the amount of time the lights are green or allow turning from Florence to the side streets, not the other way around. Or at least decrease the amount of time the cross streets are allowed a green.

Speeding on Coolidge Ave! Something needs to be done. Speed limit signs DONT WORK! I know this is an older neighborhood but there are still young kids here and pets that do get out. SPEED HUMPS many cities are in AZ use them and they don’t damage emergency vehicles.

Someone needs to get the stoplight at Florence and Henness fixed. It’s only allowing one or two cars through at a time and Henness is backed up all the way to Cottonwood.

Florence and Arizola gave repeated left turn green with no left turn traffic in either direction.

Traffic gets really backed up here around 5 pm for cars on Jimmie turning south onto Trekell. The turn lane gets backed up all the way to Earley Rd.

Also turning east from Trekell to Jimmie is near impossible with all the traffic going north on Trekell.

One of the green lights for traffic going north east, towards the 10 freeway, is out

The traffic signal on the east side of VIP looks like it has been hit and is damaged. Any future impacts may topple the signal post.
The traffic signal on the west side of VIP has a sign that is loose and could potentially fall and strike someone

3 street Lights Are out at the corner of O'Neil & Pueblo. 1 Car almost ran us over when we were crossing the road in the crosswalk.
