Code EnforcementOpen318 W 8th St Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122 - Casa GrandeGood Evening Byron Jackson,
Did you know that Big Jake's Dogs and Catering LLC is back to operating without a valid permit again?
He's been forging and falsifying his commissary agreements and commissary log entries for over 4 years and he's operating out of his private residence again, instead of his phony commissary.
He has no records of purchasing food from an approved source because his commissary agreements and commissary log entries are fake and phony.
He can't tell you that his food utensils are properly sterilized because he uses his private residence for cooking the food product that he sells.
He can't prove that he stores food prodicts at proper temperatures because he doesn't have a commissary and he can't prove that he serves food at the proper temperatures because every document that he has, is either forged, falsified or both.
Stay safe !
Avoid like a plague! -

FELONY ALERT --- BOL--- HEALTH CAUTION ALERT
GOOD MORNING Byron Jackson
(City Code Enforcement Officer)Did you know that Big Jake's Dogs and Catering LLC has been operating on Forged & Falisifed commissary agreements for over four years in a row now?
Mobile Food Units such as Bug Jake's Dog's and Catering LLC are commercial restaurants and they MUST operate from a state approved commissary as a base for their operations.
It's is illegal for mobile food trailer operators to purchase food products from unapproved food sources for numerous safety concerns but Big Jakes doesn't believe laws apply to him.
Commercial food products cannot be STORED in a private residence because the state cannot confirm whether the food products are being stored overnight at safe temperatures. But once again, Big Jakes doesn't believe that laws apply to him.
Commercial food products cannot be prepared inside a private residence because the state cannot confirm whether food preparation surfaces inside a private residence have been properly cleaned and sterilized.
Commercial food products cannot be prepared inside a private residence because the state cannot confirm whether a private residence is roach and rodent free or whether a private resident is utilizing state approved pesticides that are safe and suitable for areas exposed to commercially prepared food products.
A private residence cannot be utilzed to store commercially prepared food items because the state has no means to confirm the food is being stored at proper temperatures while waiting to be sold to the public.
Commercial food products cannot be prepared or stored inside a private residence because the state has no means to determine whether the restroom facilities are clean and whether employees are washing their hands and/or changing gloves often enough.
Restaurant utensils cannot be mixed with residential cooking utensils because the state has no means to determine the risks involved with cross contamination.
In addition, restaurant food items cannot be mixed with residential food products because the state cannot control the inherent risks involving cross contamination.
In summary, the state of Arizona has established rules and regulations that are intended to keep the public safe but the laws and regulations are meaningless unless those laws are strictly enforced.
The risks involving the spread of foodborne illnesses are substantial in cases involving illegal food trucks.
And I can tell you this much BYRON JACKSON; I don't care what Brett Wallace or Paul Tice tell you in private settings and behind the scenes, you will be held personally accountable for any type of foodborne illnesses or deaths that may occur, as a result of your attempts to keep all these health risks, hidden from.public disclosure.
It's a felony in the first place, to assist a person to forge or falsify government instruments which is exactly what you're doing when you mark a notation of UNFOUNDED on my written complaints and it's another felony to delete my complaints because they are each PUBLIC records.
It will be another felony if someone is ultimately injured or hospitalized as a result of your intention negligence so make sure you THINK before you act.
Good Day Sir !

Building on someone elses complaint regarding all the druggies speeding and racing down residential streets, around 100 mph with their exhaust pipes and mufflers removed, while our police officers are too lazy to write tickets...
Well, we do have specific Casa Grande City Ordinances in place, which prohibit the owners of these vehicles from tampering with their exhaust systems and it's also against the law to drive 90mph in 25mph zones.
Expect plenty of clickfix complaints until all of these issues are fully resolved.

Please stop this water leak that is on the city owned road, which is in the 500 block of W Prickly Pear and near the corner of Crane St and West Prickly Pear Dr.
The water has been leaking for months and never gets fixed.
The water leaks is not only a waste of natural resource, it's a danger to the natural habitat.
The water has oil leaks that are mixing with the leaked water and it's dangerous for any animals, including birds.
The birds also feed from the leaked water and then we often have vehicles speeding by at rates exceeding 60 mph here in a residential subdivision.
This is just wrong on so many levels so please take care of it this time and don't continue making excuses.
Thanks

1546 East Florence Boulevard Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122 - Casa GrandeBig Jakes has been operating on forged and falsified commissary agreements for over four years in a row now, which means that any operators permits issued during said time, is an instrument of forgery and is void.
Please check his commisary log entries entries for accuracy.
It's a city code violation to operate off an invalid permit.
