Housing/Facility - PRIVATE PROPERTY ONLYAcknowledged5347 Lawton Ave Oakland, CA, 94618, USA - ShafterThis property is a public health and public safety hazard and has been for months, perhaps years. It is in total disrepair, both inside and outside, and is clearly a safety hazard. In addition, there are rats inside, outside and underneath the house, and they have gotten into virtually everybody's yard on the 5300 block of Boyd Avenue. This is an urgent public health issue. A co-enforcement file already exists on this house. Please take the necessary steps to have this building condemned. Thank you.

Housing/Facility - PRIVATE PROPERTY ONLYAcknowledged5138 1/2 Clarke St Oakland, CA, 94609, USA - ShafterOn 2/2/22, The Logan/Whole Foods building’s HVAC fan has been blowing loudly. My December meter reading comes up at 61 decibels. Currently, it’s after 10:00 PM, which apparently violates Oaklands noise ordinance. It’s been blowing continuously since 3:00 PM. This fan really needs to be set at a less disturbing noise level or simply stop completely especially during evening hours.

Today is 2/9/22 and now 9:00 AM. The noise coming out of the Logan building has been going on all night - NOT ceasing after 10PM last night. It was on this morning at 5AM as you can see here in my video link which was taken this morning (2/9/22) at 5:00 AM. The noise levels were at a 70-80 decibel range. https://youtu.be/SkrOfv8KRk8
And even now at 9:00 AM IT'S STILL GOING ON!!!
Can we PLEASE get someone back out here to reassess this noise and DO something about it? It’s getting worse!
Thank you,
Amy Shipley
