Past weekend had consecutive parties starting at 9pm and ending after 5am. Issues included cars blocking ADA access to the entire length of the sidewalk, fights and yelling in the street early in the morning, large numbers of arrivals and thumping constant loud music.

There is an underground nightclub at this warehouse. They play house music almost every night from 10PM - 8AM. The base shakes the structure of my house. It disturbs my sleep and is starting to disturb my health. I have asked OPD to check out the warehouse, when I was desperate, and nothing happened. The warehouse has 20+ each night and luxury cars coming in and out of the premises. We have seen young women who may be underage waiting in front of the premises. We are concerned that there is sex trafficking occurring at this location. We have heard gun shots, nonstop barking from chained dogs left in the rain, and yelling.

This house is basically a crack den; random tweakers hanging out in front, their have a truck parked on the island where the Allendale sign is. I've seen shady deals going on in the driveway.

On 2/2/22, The Logan/Whole Foods building’s HVAC fan has been blowing loudly. My December meter reading comes up at 61 decibels. Currently, it’s after 10:00 PM, which apparently violates Oaklands noise ordinance. It’s been blowing continuously since 3:00 PM. This fan really needs to be set at a less disturbing noise level or simply stop completely especially during evening hours.

Wall collapse onto vehicles and blocking sidewalk no access school kids use this area

This property is a public health and public safety hazard and has been for months, perhaps years. It is in total disrepair, both inside and outside, and is clearly a safety hazard. In addition, there are rats inside, outside and underneath the house, and they have gotten into virtually everybody's yard on the 5300 block of Boyd Avenue. This is an urgent public health issue. A co-enforcement file already exists on this house. Please take the necessary steps to have this building condemned. Thank you.

Today is 2/9/22 and now 9:00 AM. The noise coming out of the Logan building has been going on all night - NOT ceasing after 10PM last night. It was on this morning at 5AM as you can see here in my video link which was taken this morning (2/9/22) at 5:00 AM. The noise levels were at a 70-80 decibel range. https://youtu.be/SkrOfv8KRk8

And even now at 9:00 AM IT'S STILL GOING ON!!!

Can we PLEASE get someone back out here to reassess this noise and DO something about it? It’s getting worse!

    Thank you,
