Past weekend had consecutive parties starting at 9pm and ending after 5am. Issues included cars blocking ADA access to the entire length of the sidewalk, fights and yelling in the street early in the morning, large numbers of arrivals and thumping constant loud music.

This property is a public health and public safety hazard and has been for months, perhaps years. It is in total disrepair, both inside and outside, and is clearly a safety hazard. In addition, there are rats inside, outside and underneath the house, and they have gotten into virtually everybody's yard on the 5300 block of Boyd Avenue. This is an urgent public health issue. A co-enforcement file already exists on this house. Please take the necessary steps to have this building condemned. Thank you.

On 2/2/22, The Logan/Whole Foods building’s HVAC fan has been blowing loudly. My December meter reading comes up at 61 decibels. Currently, it’s after 10:00 PM, which apparently violates Oaklands noise ordinance. It’s been blowing continuously since 3:00 PM. This fan really needs to be set at a less disturbing noise level or simply stop completely especially during evening hours.

Another night another noise violation and people blocking traffic well past midnight and into the morning--OPD responded around 1:30am

Home does not have working electricity, ceiling is collapsed and roof is exposed. There is no hot water or heat in the home.
