I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an ongoing issue at 2011 101st ave Oakland, Ca 94603.

My neighbor has been using a power sander to work on his truck outdoors, between the hours of 6-8pm generating a significant amount of dust that regularly drifts into my property. I am concerned this dust may contain harmful particles, including paint and metal residue, which could pose serious health risks—especially to my young children.

Despite the repeated activity, there appears to be no use of dust containment systems or any protective measures to minimize exposure to surrounding properties.

I respectfully request that the city investigate this matter and determine whether the activity violates any local ordinances related to air quality, hazardous materials, or residential zoning.

This vender has multiple cars that park on the curb and double park in the street making it very dangerous throughout the day. They just added barriers and this vendor should be mindful but doesn't care.I've had multiple incidents with speeding vehicles and cars coming from belvedere not being able to see due to her customers parking anywhere and blocking view for safety. Driving on foothill blvd and having her customers double park and then drivers zoom into oncoming traffic is getting out if hand. Accidents have happened due to this vendors negligence and should of been sued.I've seen people have reported before but legal action should be done. If they could only have customers actual park instead of blocking and causing chaos throughout the weed day would be appreciated. The vendor who owns the cart lives in those apartments, they bring food out the buildings. Someone needs to watch from 6:30 am til 10am and see how it is during the week.

Activity has been happening for months.
They have an illegal business going on towards the back of house. This is the reason they have multiple tarps to cover the whole front to avoid visibility.
Multiple cars show up during the day and night and the people inside the house give hand signals to let them know it’s okay to step inside. There was a homeless man who will walk through the street everyday asking for a drink or food. They took him in and that’s the person who sits behind the tarps all night to be watching out. The adults there who do the business wears ski masks to cover their whole face.
