Large crowd drinking alcohol outside. Very loud amplified band playing, in violation of Lumpia Company restaurant's alcohol license.

Graffiti is located on the 5th Avenue side of the business' wall. Unfortunately, graffiti vandals have vandalized the business' wall on numerous occasions. Please suggest to the business owner of the property that he/she install video cameras so that the vandals can be identified and arrested.

Chicken and roosters business .

The man living on 471 Douglas Ave is storing a construction machine on the corner lot , and every morning is driving it to his work and come back on the afternoon ,
Is moving the machine with out permission .

Our neighbor illegally removed three healthy city-protected Oak Trees without a permit notice from their not buildable lot. These trees were holding up the very steep slope and the retaining wall.

Please help and investigate.

6711 operating unlicensed businesses. Outfits cars for doing donuts. Tests them on street. Dangerous, noisy. Can see the tire marks on the street. Sells cars. Eastlawn used as sales lot. At least 8 houses have cars in front for sale by 6711. Not all have for sale signs. Repairs, remodels cars. Puts stereo speakers in trunks. Sells various products. Flow of customers double park. Cars prevent residents/guests from parking, getting in and out of driveways. Businesses should be licensed, regulated, taxed.

Excess noise from WM Waste picking up dumpster at 4:14 am!! This has to stop!! The noise shakes our house and wakes everyone up. Is there not a noise ordinance that states they cannot service before 6 am. This is a residential area with homes and apartments on both sides of the street.

Building occupancy classification is "other institutional property". The building is being occupied as a church. This occupancy classification needs to be changed and brought up to code.

Trash and more trash

At this property, they use the garage located in the backyard as an apartment. Property r tenants have rented it several times and it is not meant to live in. The garage is small and does not meet with safety regulations, property tenants added a door and windows to this garage.
