Bright lights installed on Central Gas gas station not up to the code.

They shine directly at the building across the street and cause a lot of inconvenience.

There are large piles of loose dirt dumped across two trailheads on Panoramic Avenue: the one where the Stonewall-Panoramic Trail meets the ridge, and one where an unnamed use path / fuel break bypasses the last switchback on Panoramic. Both are on the private, gated section of Panoramic, so the fill likely comes from one of the private homes behind the gate: either 999 or 1001 Panoramic.
These are Berkeley mailing addresses, but look like they may be Oakland permitting jurisdiction. Neither have any permits for excavation I could find in either jurisdiction. Some of the dumping appears to be on land controlled by EBRPD.
These are large piles of loose dirt on steep slopes, big enough to impair pedestrian access, with no silt fence nor straw wattle to control runoff into the Strawberry Creek and Claremont Creek watersheds. There is rain in the forecast for Wednesday.

This building is cover now for couple of years with graffiti and left abandoned and not maintained for many years now

This address is operating as an Airbnb in violation of STRR. Registering nuisance complaint.

The resident in Unit B at 886 53rd Street is collecting trash in the backyard and by the front door of the unit. This action is attracting pests and impacting the health of the neighborhood. Additionally, the resident in Unit B has a broken window.

Retaining wall is crumbling which is dangerous

Loud high pitched sound plays every other night all night long, can be heard more than a block away inside an apartment on Broadway. The sound is loudest in the alley between Hawthorn Ave and 34th St close to Webster st. It sounds like it's coming from the second floor of the parking garage. I have no idea what's causing the sound but there is a bunch of electrical equipment outside the building where the sound is coming from.

There’s a company doing a lot of work in the basement, building an ADU without any permits. The house is really old and leaking everywhere, and it seems like the work they’re doing could be dangerous given the building’s condition.

One of their workers mentioned that they’re building an ADU down there. This seems like a serious issue, and I’m worried about the safety of the building and the surrounding areas.

When the landlord removed all the bat insulation in the basement areas, due to rat infestation, they did not reinstall any new insulation, and this makes the bottom floor cold and uninhabitable as the heater cannot keep up with the cold air coming into the bottom rooms. Also, they have not fixed the sliding glass doors, which allow stormy winds to seap through the gaps and holes in the door ways. their was also work done without permits to these areas, plumbing and infestation work, such as the insulation removal and non replacement. There are also further elec. defects previously not mentioned in previous reports.

Started work at 3:30 am pumping concrete with very loud equipment. Kept neighborhood up after that. Please shut it down. They appear to have chosen Sat modn when city workers are off.
