This is to inform about a business being conducted in the back attachment of the address 6800 MacArthur Blvd Oakland 9406. I personally received treatment from the business provider which I got sick and caught an infection. This person is performing post op lympathic massages along with medical drainage & seroma removals (with out any massage or medical licenses). There was an in-law reconstructed to work in the establishment.

Drug sales and prostitution being conducted out of these apartments .

Homeless people have broken onto the private property, 9809-9811 and set up camp.

They brought back roosters and feeding is causing rats and pigeons are getting out if hand

Home has two driveways. Cars are being parked up close to the front porch. Neighborhood is concerned that the driveways are being turned into a parking lot

Large crowd drinking alcohol outside. Very loud amplified band playing, in violation of Lumpia Company restaurant's alcohol license.

Graffiti is located on the 5th Avenue side of the business' wall. Unfortunately, graffiti vandals have vandalized the business' wall on numerous occasions. Please suggest to the business owner of the property that he/she install video cameras so that the vandals can be identified and arrested.
