Sex trafficking

House is working on vehicle on city street. A least 6 cars on the block. That is being used for there personal garage. Which makes it impossible for anyone else to park. I will continue to complain until this matter is resolved.

Complaint: Ongoing Vehicle Painting in Open Parking Lot

The property is painting vehicles daily in an open parking lot, causing toxic paint fumes to spread throughout the surrounding neighborhood and nearby businesses. Residents of neighboring apartment buildings are unable to open their windows due to the strong and hazardous smell that travels through the air.

Neighbor on Blossom has roosters that crow all day.

There is an untaxed retail business being run at this house.

This business holds loud concerts in their upstairs warehouse They have all the windows open and no noise insulation They occasionally hold concerts outside and block the sidewalk

for the last three Saturday nights, this vacant building at 251 9th/273 9th St. has been hosting loud gatherings with music. they have applied for planning permits and have not been granted them, yet they operate anyway. they've been fined for noise recently, but they blast their music anyway. please investigate this. they have also displayed new signage without permits, but the more serious problem is the noise they make throughout the night when they host gatherings.

Ongoing auto repair, involving car jacks, tires and other large car parts or repair items in the middle of the street blocking flow of traffic and causing nuisance in neighborhood. Cars are either non-operative or used to store car parts. The two low riders in the back ground of this photo are also under repair and have not been moved for several weeks.

Every week people come and scavenge through the trash in my neighborhood. I am concerned that they may be trying to steal sensitive information while they collect cans. Usually three different scavengers come through. The picture of this vehicle is only one of them.

Noise complaint excessive noise from a business being ran between the hours of 10pm and 5am
