Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated by evicted tenant per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

zoned for auto repair shop but being used as a warehouse for the grocery store (KP Market). Big nuisance to neighborhood with product being shuffled back and forth to store all day.

Change the zoning of this parking lot at Walgreens. We don't need a two story parking garage. We want retail shops and housing and a small park. Not a crime ridden parking lot that attracts blight and crime.

this property is a transition home the owner is not managing it the occupant has moved several homeless individuals in and they are hoarding causing rats

There are two cars parked out front of my building, has been parked there for well over six months. There are expired tags it's a red Cadillac license plate #4UJX475 there's a brown and tan ElCamino recked and covered up I believe someone has started sleeping in it since the last time I reported this. I have to keep the trash from around the cars and it brings my property down. Please help, Oakland has really gone down it was such a beautiful place to live now no one cares please help bring beautiful Oakland back.

Possible illegal construction and running illegal businesses

Auto shop is prohibited per an agreement from May of 2021 from operating after 7pm. It is 7 50 pm. There are bright floodlights and noise from auto work. This is happening on a frequent basis.
