9850 Springfield Street - owners have added 2' over the existing 6' fence. Additional height was added without permission or consent from adjoining neighbor - and height is illegal per Oakland housing code. 9850 Springfield Street was made aware of infraction on more than one occasion, and refuses to remove.

There is an adult rooster nesting near or at 3160 Coolidge Avenue and it crows constantly, unknown if the residents there are intentionally keeping it, but if so, they are not bringing it in at night. Crows starting around 2:30 am and goes all morning and into the afternoon. Issue has gone on a few months now

This rooster is literally crowing every day from 3am onward, and is pretty incessant. Does not appear to have a crow collar on and wanders around the houses/apartments closest to 3146-3150

Lumpia Company constantly hosts outdoor live music concerts and other amplified events. Concerts last for hours and go until very late at night. This is near residential buildings with seniors. Alcohol is consumed.

Doing window tinting and auto detail work in their driveway on multiple vehicles during the day, weekends and evenings. All in front of the back garage apartment unit where children are living.

The residents of are running a commercial auto body repair shop out of their residence. There is constantly banging and loud machinery noises coming from this property's yard. There are also multiple vehicles parked on-site and on nearby public streets taking up all the street parking for days.

Complaint: Ongoing Vehicle Painting in Open Parking Lot

The property is painting vehicles daily in an open parking lot, causing toxic paint fumes to spread throughout the surrounding neighborhood and nearby businesses. Residents of neighboring apartment buildings are unable to open their windows due to the strong and hazardous smell that travels through the air.
