Extremely loud band currently playing outside this restaurant. Been playing for hours.

Why is the Chevron loudly venting some unknown gas into the air for long intervals at random times? the noise is obnoxious. the gas is questionable. this Chevron is a nuisance. the gas has been venting for over five minutes straight.

Chicken is running around the property and sidewalk, the owners is throwing scrap food on to their property and sidewalk, creating a foul smell and luring in other animals and large amount of pigeons. Early morning with the chicken noise

Service request to abate rooster sounding off in the middle of the night

7/11 recently installed a camera, flood light/flashing blue light, and loud speaker as theft deterrent, but it is extremely loud and bright, which disturbs everyone who lives on the block. I can hear the announcement and see the light from within my apartment across the street at all hours, and I'm not sure how they are allowed to install something that is so disruptive for nearby residents. Is there anything that can be done to mitigate the impact?
