Complaint: Ongoing Vehicle Painting in Open Parking Lot

The property is painting vehicles daily in an open parking lot, causing toxic paint fumes to spread throughout the surrounding neighborhood and nearby businesses. Residents of neighboring apartment buildings are unable to open their windows due to the strong and hazardous smell that travels through the air.

Gas station is hosting an illegal sideshows on 39th and San Leandro Street

6711 operating unlicensed businesses. Outfits cars for doing donuts. Tests them on street. Dangerous, noisy. Can see the tire marks on the street. Sells cars. Eastlawn used as sales lot. At least 8 houses have cars in front for sale by 6711. Not all have for sale signs. Repairs, remodels cars. Puts stereo speakers in trunks. Sells various products. Flow of customers double park. Cars prevent residents/guests from parking, getting in and out of driveways. Businesses should be licensed, regulated, taxed.

Running a produce loading operation and large white commercial vehicles block sidewalk access and sight of oncoming traffic.

Open Air Drug Market.. Fairly new activity right on main boulevard. Intimidation of vehicles turning on 76th. Open lot next to Royal Foods.. Area needs to be secured. Outdoor living room.

An illegal car repair shop located at 1 0 1 5 86 Avenue has cars all over the street. I have not been able to park in front of my property for over a year because they constantly leave cars there that they are working on. One car was there for an entire year. You finally put a sticker on it and he moved it in his yard and put another one there.
