blighted property. Chronic offenders. A drag on the entire neighborhood and one of the reasons that people think of Oakland the way they do. This needs to be cleaned up.

Graffiti on the large metal windmill. Unclear if it is the property of the house it is in front of (5981) or Steele's Scuba Shop (5987). The graffiti has been on the windmill for a few months now.

This home has been abandoned for about two years. It's not maintained. Has failed numerous fire vegetation inspections and now squatters are attempting to move in. OPD responded on 7/27/23 and towed a stolen car from the property.

There are broken windows, canoes and other equipment in the front and side yard. There's garbage in the front yard and broken small appliances such as a vacuum.

The home is infested with rodents and it is a fire hazard.

Non-permitted destruction of old growth redwood tree, with debris left to rot above Armour drive cul de sac posing a danger to public safety and placing hillside at risk for slide.

This house has been a blight for months, and the residents routinely leave unoccupied vehicles right in the street for hours on end.

Blocked sidewalk with garbage and overgrown grass. Handicapped cannot walk on sidewalk.

House looks abandoned with trash everywhere, front lawn and backyard making the area smell rotten and attracting rodents.

Encampment started and already trash and human waste piling up.

Warehouse has been covered in graffiti for months. Trash underneath cars parked in front of it. Eyesore and health matter.

on 11/30/21 this address was deemed a public nuisance by the city of Oakland, she continues to have parties that disturb the neighborhood, with loud music, yelling back and forth, slamming of car doors all through night, about 5am on 1/2/22 young man observed urinating in front of resident home, leaving a pile toilet paper in front of said resident home.
