City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Someone on this block between e15th and e16th st is running an illegal Business Selling auction cars he leaving all the auction cars and suvs all up and down this block for months. We don't know what house is coming out of to pin the city issue unfortunately The auction LP should have address and name. We have a few on our property line that he leaves more than 2 months. One of them is Silver 4 dr acura and blue 4 dr toyota .

This unidentified business is spewing something and it's getting all over the backyards on our street.

building is unsecured and has squatters. this is near a school

this property continues to operate as a metal scrap yard and recycling transfer station. it is not permitted to accumulate scrap metal. photo attached shows metal containers full of scrap metal. this property needs to be brought into compliance

This home has a growing cat infestation that is causing an extreme amount of foul odor to the neighborhood. The cat infestation is a safety concern for my family and pets, I know those neighbors are not getting them vaccinated or taken to the vet. When I walk out to dump my trash I can not ignore the pungent smell of feces and urine.

There are easily 15+ (picture taken on 7/7/22 - they have easily had about 10 more since picture) cats and kittens. I have brought the issue up to the owner and she stated that she can not stop them from coming and making more babies. Her son told me they have tried to remove them but they are too many to sell/or move. The son is concerned his elderly mother may have dead cats in backyard adding to the foul smell.

We need someone from the city to come and get this cat situation under control! The cats are mating at all hours of the night also causing us to lose sleep. All around this problem has become increasingly worse and a hazard to the community residents.

Mimosas 2 on Grand is zoned as a restaurant. They operate as a club/bar and the music keeps residents awake every weekend night a block away on Walker Avenue with bass playing loud enough to wake nearby residents.

A cannabis shop has opened up at this location I can't find any permits online for it
