What is this business? Do they have zoning clearance. Just looks like drugs are sold here and cars are copped up. Lots of cars on street and in lot that are unsavory. This is across from child playground. I bring my kids here and see these business activities right in front of playground. I have seen people hanging out there with guns.

Neighbor have a mechanics shop in his house and do major of work on street early and late night alot of cars from his customers park on side of street I hard for the rest of Neighbor to find parking spot

They have signage with flashing light that is level with surrounding CN3 residential units. They open till 2AM or later sometimes. We need them to conform to normal ground floor retail business hours. Do they have a business license?

This new billboard is within a residential zone that is not RU-4 or RU-5, and is designed to be viewed primarily from the freeway.

This residence is listed on Google as a 24 auto service. They consistently leave trash on the block, had people living in a bus on their front yard, scream and yell very late at night, and have broken down cars all over our block.

Big party in a lot with a loud music .

Lot has been covered. Car towing movement 24/7.
Lots of dismantled cars. Illegal car repairs day and night.
Causing lots of noise, multiple complains of neighbors.

Food stall on side of Queen of Sheba that is blocking traffic, increasing trash on street and attracting rats.

Our family continuously hears roosters from their yard and it keeps waking up my baby. The roosters cause all the dogs in the neighborhood to bark and this makes it louder. The rooster alone is very loud and can be heard through closed doors and windows in the morning and throughout the day. I know that roosters are not legal in Oakland.
