Blocking the sidewalk and view of left turn from davis street. Also on davis side of the store. There is a fried chicken food stall on the weekends. They have a large generator that was running at 10:30pm and excessive noise from people gathering at the food stall. -

They run an illegal chop shop and car repair day and night. This activity has increased again and is disrupting sleep and safety.

9631 International Blvd Oakland, California, 94603 - Elmhurst ParkIllegal business. NO ZONING APPROVAL. No permits pulled. Lots of illegal modifications to facade. Structural changes to building no engineering or no building plans. Major building shifting. Lots of the illegal work was improperly covered by interior build out and unpermitted stucco work that is going to rot and cause damage to connected build. You can not see it when the illegal business is open. For the security gate hides the exposed structure beam and the illegal stucco work. This is second request. The 1st was sent via D7 council office. Please properly address.
