Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave illegally operating today (9/23/21) outside of allowable business hours (after 7 pm) per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

they were doing construction on Sunday. it was very loud. they had a generator and we're doing welding and cutting outside.

This empty lot has been turned into an RV park and a vehicle storage. There's a flimsy fence that is collapsing and lots of garbage and storage sheds erected.

I am writing to bring to your attention ongoing disturbances and illegal activities. These issues have been significantly affecting the peace and safety of the surrounding area.

Every weekend, the building hosts large, unauthorized events that feature loud music starting around 9:00 PM and continuing until 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM. This persistent noise is disruptive to the neighborhood and creates an intolerable living environment. In addition to the noise, there are frequent incidents of random individuals blocking parking spaces, driveways, and creating congestion on the street.

Furthermore, there have been troubling reports of underage individuals engaging in drinking and smoking in the vicinity. More concerning is the fact that these events also involve illegal drug vending, where drugs are being sold to attendees. This illegal activity has contributed to an increase in traffic, as well as a heightened sense of unease and concern for the safety of the community.

Given the seriousness of these issues, I respectfully request that you take appropriate action to address the situation. The ongoing disturbances not only affect the quality of life for residents but also raise significant safety concerns.

Multiple times a week people will dump outside my lot. Maybe because they see my dump trailer in the lot so they think it’s okay to keep dumping.

I was picking up my food at wingstop when I got back to my car the windows were broken and a backpack with documents, money and other items had been stolen

The new property owner has pulled out the native plants the former owner had in front, cut part of the old fence off and propped it up instead, and runs his roofing business out out of his home with a Port-A-Potty in front.

Smoke everyday. Hard to breath. Not healthy.
