City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

This people start problems with us always blocking our driveway. They act like they own the street . We tell them over and over again to the point were we are cussing at them. They are some sort of South American people. The landlord lives in the garage converted into apartment. They got at more than 5 ppl living there and at least 5 cars plus combined. Someone needs to go and do something.

- There is a RV located in the top back area of this property,
- There are people living permanently in this RV for more than 10 months,
- The people living in this RV has cars going in and out directly to this RV location,
- We assume that the owner of the property rent this RV and they don't have legal city permits to do this.

The place where the RV is located is an empty lot, at the back top area, this lot is owned by people who live in 3238 Brunell.

We are worry about how the RV rental has running water, electricity, and sewer, etc.

Help us pls.

There is a homeless gentleman sleeping in front of our office building wrapped in a sheet and laying on cardboard

There is a new rooster crowing from this address every morning Rooster is penned somewhere behind the gate off of Octavia St (directly behind 3603 Allendale). The rooster screams each morning at dawn and periodically throughout the day

The results of my complaints to 311 and code enforcement ended with my suffering a broken foot, broken fingers, a broken nose and bruised ribs. Learned my lesson to just shut up and suffer the extreme noise and lighting due to progress.

The street sign for the Claremont Vet street sign stays lit all night long Every other business seems to turn theirs off late evening Requesting review of ordinance for businesses to keep their signs lit overnight

Illegal cannabis operation, massive parties with sale of alcohol to underage kids, unpermitted sale

The residents of are running a commercial auto body repair shop out of their residence. There is constantly banging and loud machinery noises coming from this property's yard. There are also multiple vehicles parked on-site and on nearby public streets taking up all the street parking for days.

Fire hazard in back slope of VACANT property-tall dead grasses, wood debris, dead trees, etc. causing fire danger to surrounding homes.

The Airbnb guests are back at 687 Fairmount Ave, subjecting the neighborhood to yet more noise and commotion. The parents let their kids scream all day because the families are on vacation, and the 20 and 30 somethings party into the night. Friday/Saturday evenings are like living next to a bar/restaurant with no regulars. Guess what? This neighborhood is zoned to prohibit hotels/bars/restaurants. If the host wants to run a hotel/bar/restaurant they should open one at their own house and see how they and their kids and neighbors like it. All. Summer. Long.
