City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Contractor building a house on 1122 Grand View Drive has poured a concrete wall for his main electrical service. The actual location of the concrete retaining wall is located across from #1 West View Place. After the concrete was poured, the street is now an absolute mess from the concrete slurry and oil stains from the cement trucks & pumping equipment. The contractor needs to be held accountable for proper cleanup!

After seeing their rental advertisement, I went to view the property and suspected that they were renting out a unit that does not comply with Oakland’s rental regulations.

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated today (10/9/21) by evicted tenant per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

I left the car running as i got out to go in to store someone stole the car and drove off

This house has a music recording studio in the back shed. It plays and records music all day long!!

Loud music not only on weekends but through out the week days sometimes til 4am , we’ve called the police many times, not once have they shown up , it’s an illegal night club with karaoke , we can’t sleep at night , we’re having to battle prostitution in our neighborhood and now this

There are 2 junky utility trucks and 2 cars parked on the street in front of 9803 Elmar Avenue. Someone is repairing and/or storing cars, a clear zoning violation. One of the trucks has been there for months and is full of junk...and the headlights are broken. Whoever this junk belongs to is hogging 4 parking places...for junk.
