Neighbor buying multiple wrecked vehicles to repair and/or flip, having multiple vehicles parked and left throughout the block for weeks at a time (including a tow truck)

The garage gym at 3448 Mirasol - Oakland has reopened after the last 3rd complaint almost a month ago. These patrons start at 5am, have loud mufflers, loud stereos and slam doors beginning at 5-6am PT. The illegal home gym has still not be shut down. See covenant of “quiet enjoyment”. CAL. CIV. CODE § 1927. Do I need to submit this to the Mayor's office for relief as no one seems to care about my being awakened to loud music, cars slamming doors and these loud mufflers starting so early in the morning. It's bad enough to have neighbors with a side-gig that disrespect the quiet enjoyment of other neighbors, not to mention avoidance to permit. For this reason, I have asked them NOT to park in front, but they continue.

this location is now hosting an underground nightclub that hosts almost nightly events that last until morning and create noise that disturbs neighbors, including many elderly people and children living in the near vicinity. this has been happening off and on for the last four years, despite the operator having no permits and being fined several times. put a stop to this finally, once and for all!

Food vendor at Queen of Sheba 6/7 days a week. Blocking traffic, increasing trash and blocking the sidewalk.

Over the past months, we have been experiencing significant disturbance due to the operation of a water pressure hose machine outside the Sprouts store at 3035 Broadway, Oakland CA 94611, which produces loud noise for hours at a time past midnight until 3:00am. The loud noise penetrates the walls of the surrounding apartment buildings such as the Assembly building across the street which is located at 260 30th Street, Oakland CA 94611 even with the windows closed. This noise occurs multiple times throughout the week. The noise is disruptive, preventing myself and other tenants from getting proper sleep and negatively impacting daily routine.

This property in a residential zone is being used to repair vehicles - the owner of the land owns an auto repair shop and she seems to be using residential zoned property for business purposes. There are currently 9 vehicles plus 2 trailers on the property, and there is a permanent tent set up where people are working on cars that are coming in and out.
