blighted property. Chronic offenders. A drag on the entire neighborhood and one of the reasons that people think of Oakland the way they do. This needs to be cleaned up.

Graffiti on the large metal windmill. Unclear if it is the property of the house it is in front of (5981) or Steele's Scuba Shop (5987). The graffiti has been on the windmill for a few months now.

Illegal dumping and storage of vehicles at gas station, lots of trash

Illegal camping on private property and illegal dumping This is the open undeveloped area next to the freeway that is allffenced off. .

Mattress and bedding parts blocking sidewalk. Residents of the street keep pushing it against the home, but it is frequently knocked down into the sidewalk making it hard to walk past.

This home has been abandoned for about two years. It's not maintained. Has failed numerous fire vegetation inspections and now squatters are attempting to move in. OPD responded on 7/27/23 and towed a stolen car from the property.

There are broken windows, canoes and other equipment in the front and side yard. There's garbage in the front yard and broken small appliances such as a vacuum.

The home is infested with rodents and it is a fire hazard.

when will be something done to have this seriously looked at? this woman constantly brings in more trash to this location, is seen a lot of times showing indecent exposure and by not wearing shirts or pants, and has been seen going to the bathroom right in the front yard! i have this as my view as i’m waking up in the morning or going to work. i am so tired of hearing her banging her trash at night when i try to sleep. i am so tired of it.

Back yard is filled with garbage that is attracting and harboring vermin. I am not clear if the house is abandoned.
