City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

Squatters are building unpermitted residential structures on empty lot across from 6310 Buena Ventura Ave. It's a dangerous, sliding hill, not suitable for any residence without significant engineering work, which they are not undertaking. Building materials on site appear to be a fire hazard.

This property is covered with rat feces and debris. It has had a rat infestation for over a year and been visited by vector control many times. The owners have not cleaned up debris and feces, resulting in a rancid smell that impacts neighboring houses.

It is a health hazard to the residents and neighbors and needs to be addressed by the city.

This shop was broken into at the beginning of covid and the owners have left the old metal gate sitting on the sidewalk for almost a year. Please have them clean up.

Commercial vehicles no license plates, loud generator, lots of trash.

This property is getting worse by the day Woman is living on front porch of boarded up house Trash everywhere spilling into the street Saw her remove her pants and take a dump in the front yard while out walking with my child It should not take this long to fix this problem!

Upstairs tenants regularly block sidewalk with bins and castoff mattresses and furniture (which has at least three times turned up dumped within two blocks)

Recently abandoned shopping center now covered in graffiti and trash. Hold the property owner responsible !!
