Moive production on 55th st telling residents that we can't park in front of our own resident that we pay taxes and parking permit passes on Saturday 1/1/24-1/4/24 which is ridiculous and they need to be talk too. I don't know the name of the production company but residents need to be compensated if they expect us not to park on our street

This house has a stolen vehicle stripping business (among other illegal activities) at around 3am there were gunshots at this location. After reviewing footage, my neighbor reported that the shots came from a silver Chrysler van. That exact vehicle was parked at 5522 along with a stolen work van around 2:30AM. The Chrysler came back at 3:55AM firing 8 shots out of the vehicle as they were driving on Fleming from 55th towards Seminary. This is unacceptable and dangerous for everyone living within the perimeter. SHUT THIS DOWN!

Our neighbor might have an illegal conversion of his garage to a studio apartment and he also is renting out all of the bedrooms to tenants who don't seem to stay very long. He also conducts musical lessons that make quite a bit of noise when there are multiple instruments going off at the same time.

Expanding homeless encampment that has been reported dozens of times over several years is growing, in front of private property and a healthcare facility. Homeless occupant is adding furniture, suitcases and trash like stuff
