We requested that this stop over a month ago yet it is still happening. They painted the retaining wall illegally approved in violation of California Blythe laws. Now it is soaked in graffiti so they need to repaint their illegal wall every week until they stop spraying it with paint as well as the 2nd story of building until the graffiti people decide to stop waisting paint. It is a game of will and I have the will to report so you have to flag them and they have to have the will to make it stop. The graffiti and the blue light at 9634 international is unacceptable. They had by law 30+ days...time is up!

    This property was recently sold, and the new owner is now using it as a "wellness retreat" and now what was once a quaint cul de sac has been overwhelmed by random cars blocking access to the street, and random people mulling about. I'm not sure if the new owner is also renting this property as a VRBO/AirBnB as well, but often, there are people with out of state license plates who will stay for 2-3 nights.

    I've met the owner, and know she does not live there, and does not have any plans to. She owns/lives in a house in Piedmont.

    I have two kids of my own, and there are another 3 kids in my neighbor's homes, and to have this non-stop, daily influx of commercial clients to her business has really changed the atmosphere of our neighborhood for the worse.

    This is not a "home business" as no one lives in the house anymore. This is someone taking over a single family residence and turning it into a commercial storefront.
