They have that space as an event room and they do not have an emergency exit and it also generates a lot of problems because of parking because those who go to the parties park their cars in a double row and in the driveways of the houses around on the 78th av.

"UN PERMITTED VENDING FROM AN APARTMENT OWNER LIVES IN FOURPLEX IS SELLING A CONCOCTION OF SOME SORT CLAIMING IT CURES VARIOUS CONDITIONS/DISEASES THE INDIVIDUAL IS LURING IN CUSTOMERS FROM SOCIAL MEDIA (YOUTUBE- GIA DINH CHU TAM VIDEO POSTED SEPT 2ND BO VOI TI IS HERE) (GIA DINH IN IN AUG 5TH )ALSO CLAIMING THE PRODUCT IS FDA APPROVED BUT COMPLAINANT SAYS ALL THIS INFORMATION IS MISINFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC. COMPLAINANT HAS PROVIDED YOU TUBE USER NAME AS HE ADVERTISES HIS PRODUCT ON THERE. "

Illegal storage of crushed concrete and hazardous fine dust causing health problems to my family. Every day in the evening when the coastal wins come in, fine dust would blow into my property. Fine dust cement like would cover my vehicles, table, bbq grill, and pretty much everything in my yard. On going problem for the past two years and nothing has been done.

House is running a chop shop. As a result, they have 6 to 10 cars parked on the street at all times making it difficult for citizens and neighbors to park. They often have people double and sometimes triple parking in the street making it unsafe for people to walk and drive in the neighborhood, I have reported multiple times and will continue until the city does its job

I am reporting a property being operated as a short-term rental in violation of City of Oakland regulations. The host is renting their primary residence on Airbnb for less than 30 days, which is classified as “Transient Habitation” under the Oakland Planning Code and is prohibited in most residential zones without a major Conditional Use Permit (CUP). The property does not have a CUP. The host has also not filed or paid the required annual business tax (Oakland Municipal Code, Section A.2) and is failing to collect and remit the 14% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) for stays under 30 days (Chapter 4.24, Section A.3). This unpermitted short-term rental violates zoning, planning, and tax regulations and reduces long-term housing availability. I request that the City investigate and take enforcement action, including fines and other measures necessary to bring the property into compliance.

The residence at 7526 Sterling Dr. is seemingly now operating a commercial "metals" business, as indicated by the commercial vehicle that is attached to this address, which has been parked in the neighborhood for nearly a couple of months and in front of nearly homeowner's residence, and sometimes blocking driveways and other vehicles.

Additionally, this "C Metals" commercial truck appears to carry and store dubious and seemingly unsafe cargo at all times - giant metal boxes which may or may not be secured - and absolutely should not be parked in this area with people walking, playing children, and pets.

Operating auto businesses within residential area. Business hours goes late night past 10PM. Many cars coming in and out of property. Cars that are clearly mod with after market parts, noises of chatters from clients and business owner. Many JDM cars coming in and out of property drive way and sometimes occupying nearby curbs spaces for hours.

This property is being used to raise a farm animal notably a pig. The property is also covered in pig feces and trash. The odor emanating from the property is overpowering.

Would like to report a public nuisance. The neighbors located at 1381 62nd Ave block driveways, park on the sidewalk, drink alcohol on the street, they toss bottles and other garbage on the sidewalk and drive drunk. They also seem to have an illegal rental in the back yard. Please address as this is an ongoing issue

Illegally operating mechanic across the street from 5521 Harvey Ave.blocking sidewalk, half of street and spilling oil and engine discharge into the gutter which goes into the storm drain. Totally inconsiderate of neighbors and now has a storage trailer parked on street.
