Orange cones placed in the street at the green curb (12-MIN LIMIT) discouraging-restricting vehicles from approaching, parking and departing at the Green curb.

Orange cones placed in the street by curbside or driveway entrance to reserve the parking space for other vehicles to park and has appearance of charging and pocketing parking fees instead of going to the City of Oakland.

Any prior notice to stop placing the orange cones on public property (pedestrian sidewalk or curb side parking spaces) resulted in temporary compliance.

Consider regular monitoring and enforcement.

Across from 6919 and official address is 1101 70th ave. They fix cars, block parking and spill oil on Hamilton St. This has been ongoing for years. Don't move for street sweeping.

two workers using gas powered leaf blowers at 12:10 PM. whole block smells like gasoline.

Blight: trash, weeds, landscaping debris, 6+ vehicles in disrepair. MANY RATS, in and around property.
Also, unpermitted business (car repair?). Regular double parking blocking the flow of traffic in the street. New people in and out every day.

Homeless Encampment on Kaiser property. Neighboring resident. Inhaled smoke from homeless encampment fire after explosion and tent and structure went on fire. 1 hour earlier a homeless encampment resident living on Kaisers property beat and tried raping a women in the street. Police responded to both incidents but encampment remains and is a extreme danger to residents. City of Oakland and Kaiser responsible for any negligence and damages.

The Adams Point Day Care had a large adults only party that took place outside with extremely excessive noise that began at 10 pm in Friday 10/31/25 and ended at 1:50 am Saturday 1/1/25. Attendees of the party shouted expletives and there was a large sound system being used that caused sound to cary beyond location of the Day Care to adjacent Streets. There is record of concern in the OPD log and video and audio recordings available as evidence.

An illegal car repair shop is operating out of this apt next door to my property. This vehicle has been parked in front of my property for a year, I have reported 20 times. He has cars up and down whole street, lots from auctions. Residents have no place to park. They also park on sidewalk at this property, damaging sidewalk and blocking access

Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave is not permitted to operate before 8 am per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

Empty lot turned into an RV camp ground with multiple storage containers
