These 3 vehicles who the owners live at 1018 73rd Ave Oakland, CA 94621 United States. Are part of selling stolen car items and/or stealing car parts to place them onto the vehicles they sell. Junk in two trailers usual, one in this pick, all weekend we see it, loud noise, debris blocking the sidewalk, metal recycling business, not zoned for it, noise up to 11:30 pm, cutting metal, pipes etc!, and behind the tarped fend he piles up lots of metal and debris, in and out daily, and at night, this sight brings people property values down also, seems to never end, why isn't it being handled?

Home owners have converted garage into living space & have been using it as a gambling den 4 to 5 times a week. They have been doing it for many years & it doesn't look like it will stop any time soon unless the city does something to stop it. Visitors come with many cars & take up all the parking on the streets & when that runs out, they park on the sidewalks leaving no space to walk.

Construction Site vandalized on Saturday night (12/14/24). Cyclone fence gate and equipment shed locks cut and construction and environmental monitoring equipment taken from equipment shed. Homeless removed from side walk but are now inside the property.

TAMS Autobody is emitting pollutants into our community on Athens Avenue. We can't even open our windows without breathing the noxious fumes being spewed into the atmosphere. PLEASE send the appropriate inspector to cause them to stop polluting the air. I'm sure these fumes are carcinogens. We are ready to contact the news outlets.
