Auto shop at 6200 Shattuck Ave being illegally operated by evicted tenant per settlement agreement signed on May 10, 2021 with City Attorney Patrick Bears and City Administrator Greg Minor.

Auto shop is prohibited per an agreement from May of 2021 from operating after 7pm. It is 7 50 pm. There are bright floodlights and noise from auto work. This is happening on a frequent basis.

venting into the air. residential neighborhood. pollution? exhaust? nobody knows. loud, unsettling, and inconsiderate.

Illegal sales of cannabis and tobacco sales to minors from junior high school. Tobacco sales in violation of least 2 city ordinance. Sales of menthol and flavored tobacco products. It is happening on public sidewalk near junior high school.

loud venting of gas. this needs to stop. it's harmful to our mental health at the very least.

Possible marijuana grow operation. Multiple attempts for annual fire inspection but no access. Most of building illegally boarded up with blocked exits.

Running a produce loading operation and large white commercial vehicles block sidewalk access and sight of oncoming traffic.
