    6200 Shattuck - Auto Repair. Terms of Settlement between City and Property owner from May 2021 states that "Any business at the Property must operate only between the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00
    PM. " It is 7:25pm and there is work being done on cars in the autoshop and bright flood lights are in operation. This violates the settlement agreement.
