    Kaiser Hospital no longer charges for parking at 3600 Broadway.
    The permit requires that Kaiser charge for parking.
    Free parking leads to more driving and long backups at garage
    Kaiser stopped charging a few months ago

    So sick of hearing their dog bark ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT!
    They are so inconsiderate. Their dog is continuously barking and they do absolutely nothing.
    They could be sitting outside and just watch their dog bark and not say anything to try to make the dog stop. They also have chickens and roosters that also makes noise. This has been going on for too long!

    The gas station at 3130 35th Ave violates the City of Oakland Outdoor Lighting Standards. The outdoor decorative lights are excessively bright, and the light poles are not directed downward, causing light to shine into neighboring windows and disrupting residents' peace.

    The Oakland Athletics have again decided to turn the entire area surrounding the coliseum into the "Let's Go Oakland" bass heavy nightclub this evening. The bass and music is louder than ever. I can literally feel the bass hitting my building as I am making recording using the Decibel X app to capture especially the bass. This grossly violates the noise ordinance and our right to quiet enjoyment of our homes.
