    The Board of Barbering and Cosmetology (Board) has received information that Susan Meraki is operating an unlicensed business (Brow micro blading, tinting, eyelash extensions) from her private residence located at 2014 Harrington Ave, Oakland, CA 94601.

    If the city conducts any type of investigation into this matter please provide outcome to the Board. Case Ref#22-5160.

    The people living here continue to run a fruit business from this residence. Everyday they bring multiple white vans to load them up with fruit. The white truck parked in the driveway is always there and there is now a second white truck that is parked in from of the house. The yard is dirty and there is a black truck that is parked on the grass in the front yard, it never moves. The interior of the driveway is nasty, there are fruit boxes and trash. To date there are 14 open complaints on the OAK 311, about this residence. Something needs to be done about this.
