Lots of people coming in and out of the property, all day and all night. It must be an illegal sales operation, or short-term rental, or something. Lots of different cars, leaving trash everywhere, doing drugs in the cars and on the sidewalks, blocking driveways.

They have people living in a shed alot of dismantle cars they cook on open dry grass with no running water or electricity im worried of a fire and all smoke when they cooking i get asthma attacks.

Resident of 1645 67th Avenue engages in an illegal auto repair business and other activities constituting a public nuisance. These activities include: the improper disposal of hazardous waste, including automotive oils and gasoline, creating a possible environmental hazard; dumping of various car parts including engines and tires; blocking streets and the flow of traffic to do auto repair; parking on neighbors' properties (driveways) to do auto repair; and blocking the public sidewalks with vehicles and other car parts. There are at least three to four non-functional vehicles that are parked between Flora and Avenal on 67th Avenue all the time. An additional one to two vehicles are used as storage for car parts and the vehicles are not moved for months.

Pot holes are dangerous

Wells Fargo has an extremely bright sign that is shining into the windows of the houses on Rand Ave and disrupting the neighbors’ sleep.

Someone at this property has (at least) two large meat smokers; they burn a lot of wood & smoke meats weekly. They have recently put solid panels on their gates to this lot so it's difficult to see inside but the air is full of wood smoke and meat cooking smells. This creates a significant issue with the local air quality and pollutes the neighborhood, where I live.

I parked here and someone broke into my car took my social, my drivers license, my medical cards, and my credit cards and started using them at close gas stations , I don’t even stay out this way so this is crazy and I called the police hours ago so I can make a report and they still haven’t came.
