City of Oakland Private Property - Code Enforcement PLUS

There are 2 junky utility trucks and 2 cars parked on the street in front of 9803 Elmar Avenue. Someone is repairing and/or storing cars, a clear zoning violation. One of the trucks has been there for months and is full of junk...and the headlights are broken. Whoever this junk belongs to is hogging 4 parking places...for junk.

Clothing being sold from house unpermitted commercial activity in a residential area 2501 76th Ave please address this zoning violation has been ongoing several years without ceasing has led to double parking, blocked public right of way in street and sidewalk, illegal dumping

Food vendor setting up right next to residential parking lot causing traffic problems. Not leaving 15 ft of room from the driveway

There is a billboard on top of the building on the corner of 19th and San Pablo that is blinking/strobing.

House is a residential unit in a residential neighbor not zoned for being a salvage yard/car/bike repair-Junk yard. Motor cycle parts and car parts are all over the property . Motor oil and blight on the facility and sidewalk. Car and motor cycle parts and parked vehicles block the sidewalk created hazard and unhealthy toxic conditions for neighbors; especially children and seniors and those with disability's who are forced into the street and may be subject to a fatal hit and run.

Individuals have to walk into the street to avoid motor oil, junked Vehicles as they are unable to walk on the city sidewalk public right-of-way.

If someone should be maimed or killed the city and owner will share that burden and responsibility equally for doing nothing.
